With over a decade of mortgage industry experience, Jason Rivera has built his career on helping clients navigate the home financing process with confidence and clarity. Beginning his mortgage career in 2013 in mortgage operations, Jason developed a strong foundation in loan processing and funding, gaining hands-on experience with every stage of the lending process before becoming a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer in 2016.

Today, Jason combines his operational expertise with a client-first approach to help borrowers find the right financing solutions for their unique financial goals. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, W-2 borrowers, or self-employed clients with complex income structures, Jason is experienced in structuring loans for a wide range of financial scenarios. His deep understanding of mortgage guidelines and behind-the-scenes operations allows him to anticipate challenges early and create a smoother lending experience from application to closing.

Outside of the mortgage industry, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children exploring the outdoors in Colorado Springs. He loves fishing, hiking, gaming, and working on cars and home improvement projects whenever he gets the chance.
