Malane Brown has been in the mortgage industry for over 16 years. Malane has a variety of experience with different departments but specializes in the Closing Department. She has over 13 years of providing exceptional experience in closing and funding mortgage transactions. She takes pride in knowing that she is part of helping make a homeowner’s dream come true.
After taking a short time away to stay at home with her newborn she returned to the business in 2012. She joined a new up and coming company where she built the Closing Department from the ground up. Malane had a team of 6 that funded loans in 15 different states with multiple branches in several states. She managed all aspects of the Closing Department, managed the warehouse lines, and ensured all post-closing and compliance issues were resolved.
Malane followed her long-time mentor/friend on his new inspiration of building Mortgage Pro Home Loans. The company was originally opened as a broker but quickly turned into a retail mortgage lender. The company has opened branches in several states and is continuing to grow. Malane’s goals for 2024 include helping to build up the company departments to ensure we continue to provide the best customer experience possible. Malane knows that with great leadership Mortgage Pro Home Loans is going to excel and do amazing things.
Malane currently resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado with her husband Jeff and their two kids. When not working you can find Malane at her son’s football games, planning for her daughter’s graduation, spending time with her family and enjoying the beautiful view of Colorado.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Sigrid moved to Colorado in 1995. She spent 10 years in banking, holding several different positions, while still in NJ and then transitioned into the mortgage industry in 2002.
Sigrid was a Loan Processor and a Loan Closer early in her career and has focused solely on Loan Processing since 2008 working at various national lenders. She strives for attention to detail on all her files and has trained many new processors over her career. Sigrid joined us in July of 2023.
Sigrid enjoys travelling, spoiling her nieces and nephew and sneaking off to Disney whenever possible.
Sandra's journey in the mortgage industry began back in 2003, a path she pursued passionately until the arrival of her twin boys. Choosing to embrace motherhood, she took a break to cherish every milestone with her newborns. Grateful for the chance to be a stay-at-home mom and witness her kids grow, Sandra returned to the industry in 2018, eager to reignite her professional career.
With her dedicated experience in the financial realm, Sandra approaches every loan application with a blend of expertise and empathy. Her commitment to excellence and genuine passion for assisting clients in achieving their homeownership dreams drive her daily endeavors.
By maintaining open communication channels with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters, she fosters collaborative relationships that facilitate seamless transactions.
At the heart of Sandra's approach is an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service. With a professional demeanor and a proactive attitude, Sandra strives to make the journey as smooth and stress-free as possible.
When she's not busy in the professional realm, Sandra balances work with time spent with her family in Southern California, which includes her husband, teenage twin boys, their two dogs, cat, and her small farm. She finds joy in supporting her family on the pitch, the mat, and on the farm.
