Brian Neuwirth is a well-respected leader in the mortgage industry. Brian brings a wealth of experience and wisdom to Mortgage Pro Home Loans. His goal is to grow Mortgage Pro Home Loans into a technology leading company that places customer service above all. He has an aggressive approach to Mortgage Lending and believes Mortgage Pro Home Loans will be represented in all 50 States soon.

After serving 8 years in the U.S. Army, Brian began a career in sales. Starting as a sales consultant for Oakwood Homes in 1999, Brian's responsibilities increased steadily throughout the years. He filled numerous roles, including sales manager and branch manager. Brian eventually moved away from the consumer-facing aspect of lending and began working as an account executive in 2001. During the next 12 years Brian assisted and trained hundreds of mortgage brokers on various products and loan structuring. His success eventually promoted him to the Northwest Regional Sales Trainer for Option One Mortgage where he handled the training of all account executives within that region. His knowledge and success eventually led him to Mortgage Solutions Financial where he built that company's entire Wholesale Mortgage Platform. During his time with Mortgage Solutions Financial, he and his assembled team helped the company achieve the milestone of closing and funding over $1 billion for the first time.

In 2012, Brian was once again moving up. After being approached by an investor, Brian was recruited and undertook the task of developing and building a new mortgage company from the ground up. As a partner in this endeavor, Brian held various titles during his tenure which included President/CEO. Brian's vision and leadership blossomed into a mortgage lender licensed in 15 different states with multiple branches in several states.

Inspiration struck again in 2023 for Brian as he and several industry leaders created and began building Mortgage Pro Home Loans. Originally opening as a mortgage broker, Brian quickly transitioned Mortgage Pro Home Loans into a retail mortgage lender. His experience and the support of his team allowed Mortgage Pro Home Loans to quickly transition and open in several states. Brian's 2024 goals include adding additional industry leaders to his team and opening up new technology fields for the mortgage industry. With these additions, Mortgage Pro Home Loans will continue to expand into new markets and will make lending easier.

Brian currently resides in Bradenton, Florida with his wife/best friend Haily and their three dogs (Frank, Sadie and Remy). When not working you can find Brian working on various home improvement projects around his home or enjoying the beautiful sunshine state. In life Brian believes in mind over matter, in short if you do not mind it will not matter. If you are ever in the Bradenton area look him up.
